If you’re looking to grow your career within a stable and growing financial services company, then Sagicor may be right for you!” Sagicor Life Jamaica Limited is seeking a suitable candidate to join our Premium Accounts team in the capacityof: Co-op Assistant (Contract) Update computer records with information from salary deduction forms and process salary deducted payments. Location: Kingston As a Co-op Assistant, you will: Process all requests for change in method of payment to Salary Deduction options. Process Refunds and transfers from Unprocessed and Unidentified Suspense accounts. File all Journal Vouchers and Requisitions within the stipulated timeframes. Prepare monthly reports for all refund/ transfers processed the stipulated timeframes. Perform any other related duties that may be assigned. What do you need? Minimum of six (6) CSEC subjects including Mathematics and English Language. Completion of LOMA (Parts 1 and 2) or other industry related designations. Minimum of two (2) years’ working experience including one (1) year in an operations division of a life insurance company. Excellent human relations, time management and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Expert knowledge of insurance policies and processes. Working knowledge of basic accounting principles. Working knowledge of computer software packages including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
