Position Summary: This role will put in place the career mapping sessions that guarantee that HORATIO will constantly evolve and develop, implementing learning strategies and programs.  The Career Coach will identify the current and future skills requirements of an organization and create flexible development interventions (through digital and other means) to meet the diverse needs of the workforce. Required Skills/Abilities: Advanced English (Must). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong Multitasking skills. Strong People skills Strong Emotional Intelligence Skills. Strong Coaching skills. Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods. Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives. Ability to design and implement effective training and development. Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology  Certified in Training and Development. ( Preferred) At least one year of training experience is required.
