One Park Financial (OPF) is a fast growing company located in Coconut Grove, Florida. We offer a variety of flexible financing and funding options to small and medium-sized businesses throughout the United States.

This full-time, entry-level position will provide support to our external funding partners. The role will primarily consist of monitoring account reports and ensuring activity requirements are met by Sales Team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Contacts Sales Partners to drive more applications and increase business
  • Follows up on pending applications and contracts.
  • Reviews application and contractual paperwork to insure accuracy and completion
  • Reviews account reports to ensure Sales Team Productivity
  • Field support calls, emails, texts
  • Supports the Pipeline Manager on any request
  • Communicate with external lenders
  • Auditing communications between reps and external lenders


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • 2+ years work experience in an office environment
  • High school diploma
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience in financial services or demonstrated proficiency with numbers
  • Sales or customer service experience
