The inbound customer service representative is responsible for answering incoming calls from customers by telephone. Their role is to identify their needs and provide a solution as quickly as possible. Sometimes, he/she must also finalize sales. Reporting to the team manager, his/her main missions are to :

  • Receiving incoming calls from customers
  • Actively listen to the callers
  • Identify their needs, analyze their requests and direct them
  • Maintain the highest quality of customer service
  • Ensure that the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the project are met.

Before taking on the mission, a complete training is provided to prepare him/her for the responsibilities that will be entrusted to him/her.

Work Experience

Experience in telemarketing is desirable (inbound calls)
