The Executive Assistant’s principal role is providing support to a cohort of Avasant’s senior-level executives. Educational, Experience & Other Requirements Desired Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or similar. At least 5 years of relevant experience supporting, reporting to C-level executives (CEO, CFO, COO). Desired Industry – Worked in a management consulting or professional services firm is preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills – both written and verbal (English) & strong follow-up skills. Excellent computer skills and fluency with PowerPoint, Excel, Google Suite and Outlook Calendar. Ability to adapt to quick changing scheduling and last-minute requests. Self-directed and proactive, but has the ability to take direction. Experience scheduling travel and logistics. Solid writing skills (memos, emails, documentation) Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple critical initiatives at the same time. Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives. Solution-oriented, resourceful, personable, task-oriented and a positive attitude. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones/ geographies. Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives. Job Duties and Responsibilities Support heavy calendaring and booking travel for 5-7 Avasant Partners. Act as adept gatekeeper – juggling executive needs and ensuring priorities are maintained. Utilize sound decision-making skills to determine the level of urgency of matters brought to one’s attention and work accordingly. Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including the US and International itineraries. Coordinate and liaise with other leadership and teams on a regular basis. Occasionally complete tasks related to personal matters. Other pertinent activities to facilitate Partners’ day-to-day responsibilities. Additional support activities include: Support office management. Support Special Projects and Executive Programs.
