JN Bank Limited is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified Mobile Member Service Officer for our St James and Trelawny Region The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the achievement of sales, service and other operational banking targets.

Fixed Term Contract – Two (2) years


§ Provide quality customer service and portray a positive image to members of the bank, through the speedy and accurate processing of their transactions as per prescribed limits established by the bank and the provision of up-to-date information.

§ Identify and refer sales and diversion opportunities.

§ Support our culture of “We will help you find a way” by consistently utilizing the JN Preferred Way of Selling and carrying out the behaviours identified in our member charter and the various member services guidelines, procedures and training.

§ Investigate transactions as required.

§ Prepare Threshold reports in respect of withdrawals (and other transactions) in excess predetermined limit.

§ Prepare Suspicious Transactions Report for submission to the Compliance Unit as required.

§ Control and manage assigned cash by following the bank’s established security procedures and ensuring that assigned cash till is balanced daily and any differences located/ reported within established deadlines.

§ Adhere to all policies, legal and regulatory controls and procedures.



§ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mathematics or other relevant fields

§ A minimum of one (1) year experience within a financial institution


§ Customer service oriented

§ Highly flexible and organized

§ Excellent communication skills

§ Knowledge of the Group’s operations and core business systems

§ Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment

§ High level of proficiency in use of computer systems, particularly MS Office suite: Outlook, Word & Excel

§ Professionalism, dependability, integrity and trustworthiness combined with a cooperative attitude
