Essential Functions ·Ordermedication and medical equipment,inlandandexternal; ·Receivessupplies,stock,andrestocksclinicwithassistanceofseniornurse; ·Fillandlabelprescriptions; ·Dispensedrugsatthedoctor’srequest; ·Updateinventory, controlsandauditsstockandnarcotic and reportsanydiscrepancies; ·Reviewofallemergencymedicinesandnon-emergencymedications; ·Complieswithlocalandregionalpharmacyregulationsandrequirements ·Developsorimprovesuponmanagementprocedures; ·Designsandimplementsaninventorytrackingsystemtooptimizeinventorycontrolprocedures; ·Develop and maintain the determined par levels of current medication and supplies; ·Documentsdailydeliveriesandshipmenttoupdateinventory; ·Evaluatessupplierstoachievecost-effectivedealsandmaintainstrustrelationships; ·Compliesbalance,priceandcostsreports; ·Organizesinventoryinstock room; ·Interacts withandprovidespharmacologicalinformation as required; ·Maintains current registration, studies, legislation, and advise management; ·Ensuresmedication, and immunization vaccines are stored appropriately; ·Make recommendations to leadership about improvements in inventory management; ·AttendseminarsconductedbyMOHandSGU; ·ContributetotheimplementationofElectronicMedicalRecords(EMR). Hours and Travel·A typical work week is 40 hours Monday to Friday with flexible start, lunch break and end day;·Weekend work will be as is required;·No travel is expected for this position.
