Position Summary

Holds ultimate responsibility for the day-to-day running, strategy implementation and performance of the DR Private Clients channel.

Have experience working and dealing with High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) in the DR market, relationship management, and strong team leadership. Knowledge of how to identify, reach, and engage DR High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) population is needed.

As a prestige and luxury branded business, this rol needs to have a background in brand building for high-end luxury brands or family office relationship management, including strategy development focused on customer acquisition and commercial development targets.

Job Description

  • Lead and execute the local strategy to accelerate acquisition of HNWI and step change how we engage and manage our clients
  • Develop a strategy to engage HNWI at auctions, and via corporate and brand partnerships
  • Develop a 5 year plan focused on sales targets, total customer acquisition, organization, and prestige stock planning
  • Lead and execute On trade Strategy in DR
  • Lead the BA team to have education, listing & trainings in the selected on trade accounts

Skills and Experience

  • Educated to degree level
  • Fully bilingual English/Spanish
  • Considerable experience in PCRM with a luxury brand and team leadership is preferred
  • Familiarity with the dynamics and levers to develop a successful Business-to-Consumer sales channel would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of the DR UHNWI population and clientele is a must
  • An understanding of brand strategy, the luxury industry and the levers that drive both
  • Leadership experience and the ability to develop and motivate a team
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with delivering commercial results
  • Target-driven and results focused
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, written & verbal, ideally with previous international exposure
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced and changing consumer environment
  • Comfortable working with new technologies
