Jamaica – PROPERTY CONTROLLER JOB SUMMARY: The Property Controller will track, analyze and control the costs associated with the business, Day-to-day forecasting expenditures, classifying costs by type, verifying supplier invoices and managing change events that impact the budget. The Property Controller may perform these tasks alone, or they may work as part of a larger team. REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management/Accounting or Finance Minimum of (5) five years’ experience in a similar position in addition to inventory controls systems Ability to implement internal control systems. Strong accounting background. Excellent analytical, problem solving ,decision making skills and reporting skills Must have strong time management and interpersonal skills Good verbal and written communication skills.
