Description
Achieve the quality objectives of the plant, maintain and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure that plans are implemented and achieve results. Implement the applicable elements and initiatives of the tools, to achieve operational excellence. Facilitate and ensure process change procedures are followed for all operations. Effectively maintain quality management systems with their documented procedures, guaranteeing product excellence and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
a)General
Responsible for the creation, execution and maintenance of all Quality System documents at the corporate level within the Document Control System.
To notify team non-conformances found line processes and inspections.
Perform internal and external audits, provide support during regulatory and customer audits.
Ensuring that products requiring re-inspection (REINSP) due to either customer complaints and or process failures get identified, segregated evaluated and documented in a timely manner and to request dispositions through established non-conformance process.
Manage and maintain documents in the System to include reviewing and updating documents as requested.
Provides leadership and direction in the development of effective quality policies and programs which ensure that the organization produces quality products.
Develop & maintain the quality strategy systems and processes to meet the company’s strategies and aspirations.
Develop maintain appropriate controls and reports to reduce operating costs, improve quality and cycle time. Knowledge of statistical process control.
Forms cross-functional teams for the review and resolution of non-conformity or non-compliance with quality standards and/or regulations as necessary.
Experience in Lean Manufacturing /5’S /TPM/ 6 Sixma and ERP System.
b) Competences and skills:
Industrial Engineering professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions.
Knowledge and proven experience in successful process management within the manufacturing sector.
Certificado Auditor Líder de Normas ISO 9001-2015 (indispensable).
Experience in planning and implementing quality management systems and lean manufacturing practices.
Demonstrate leadership and empowerment skills to interact at all levels of the company.
Experience in improvement implementation projects, planning.
Pragmatic in the design and adaptation of processes to improve efficiency and punctuality.
Knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing /5’S /TPM/ Kaizen, Six Sigma and ERP System. advanced Excel
High demand leadership and process management skills.
Teamwork skills and Supervision of staff.
English level (Full Bilingual): Essential
American visa: Essential.
c) Human Resouces:
