Seeking a Resort Manager for a leading luxury hotel in the Caribbean. The Resort Manager will be accountable for overseeing the daily operations of the resort, leading a dynamic team to optimize financial performance, ensure guest satisfaction, and foster employee development and satisfaction within established quality standards.
- Degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related discipline
- A high degree of commercial awareness, and understanding of links between sales and profit with excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Good business sense and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- 3-7 years working in a leadership/management capacity
