Overview
The Senior Training Captain is accountable for managing all things pilot training in addition to working with the management team and group to improve training standards effectively and efficiently. Managing flight training staff, updating the training manuals, forecasting, and planning pilot training, pilot progression, working with regulators and external support agencies like training facilities are also key responsibilities. A team player who is approachable, who articulates and communicates effectively and who has a passion for training are vital attributes for this position.
Minimum Qualifications:
Current or previous TRE/TR1 or Check Airman- AW139 preferred and TTCAA Airline Transport Pilot Licence or ability to convert.
Citizens or residents of the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago preferred.
