Job Description
Support processes for the formulation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of objectives, follow up, programs and projects of the environmental, health and safety system, in order to achieve the goals and objectives set by the company. In charge of making sure to comply with the EHS code in the country, this role also handle the infirmary functionality in all sites as one of the regulations in the EHS code, all the organizations of the activities related to the sustainability league.
Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities :

• Providing support to the management of environmental health and safety plans.

• Assist with monthly consolidation activities to ensure Environmental Goal are properly recorded.

• Support the control the formulation of policies, plans, programs and projects aimed at the Environmental, Health and Safety Programs.

• Support new Environmental, Health and Safety internal and external reporting needed.

• Prepare Environmental, Health and Safety company-wide reports both for internal use and external reporting.

• Apply Environmental, Health and Safety impact assessment methodologies.

• Support and carry out monitoring and evaluation of the proposed Environmental, Health and Safety management indicators.

• Prepare and sustain the reports required by the external Environmental, Health and Safety authorities and internal Concentrix requirements.

• Carry out the other functions assigned by the direct manager, those received by delegation and those inherent to those carried out by the Environmental, Health and Safety department.

• Support in the Environmental, Health and Safety audits – internal and external.


• Proficient in English (B1)

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health and Safety engineering or related field.

Experience related tothefield desired (Environmental, Health and Safety methodologies)

• Minimum one year of relevant experience.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficient in Microsoft office, Intermediate in Excel

• Strong attention to detail

• Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure

• Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships
