We seek to identify a suitable candidate who consistently delivers excellent customer service and accuracy skills while processing transactions. Major Job Duties: Examine MoneyGram receive forms & verify information Enter customers’ transactions into Customer Management System in order to record transactions and issue computer-generated receipts. Identify transaction mistakes when debits and credits do not balance Explain, promote, or sell all services such as Mobile top-up, MoneyGram, Bill Payment, Loans and any other value-added service Perform clerical tasks such as cheque requisitions and lodgements Monitor vaults to ensure cash balances are correct Order a supply of cash to meet daily needs Inform customers about Bank of Jamaica regulations Quote exchange rates as per computer (MoneyGram) Any other job related duties assigned Qualification: A minimum of four (4) C.X.C. subjects including Mathematics and English Language A minimum of one (1) year of working experience as a Teller in a similar environment Skills: Excellent knowledge of cash handling procedure Excellent customer service skills Must be computer literate and possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organization and accuracy skills Problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Accuracy skills in dealing with cash and processing transactions.
