About the Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to interact and provide exceptional customer service to the business’s customers. 

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage bookings and preparation of quotes for customers
  • Manage customer inquiries in a professional & confident manner face-to-face, over the phone, via email and online
  • Attend internal & external inquiries
  • Assist with ordering parts and office supplies
  • Complete clerical duties and other ad-hoc duties as requested
  • About You

    The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous administrative and customer service experience 
  • Experience in the automotive industry 
  • A valid driver’s licence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with strict deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • A motivated individual with a strong work ethic and high attention to detail
