About the Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to interact and provide exceptional customer service to the business’s customers.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Manage bookings and preparation of quotes for customers
Manage customer inquiries in a professional & confident manner face-to-face, over the phone, via email and online
Attend internal & external inquiries
Assist with ordering parts and office supplies
Complete clerical duties and other ad-hoc duties as requested
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Previous administrative and customer service experience
Experience in the automotive industry
A valid driver’s licence
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with strict deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced environment
A motivated individual with a strong work ethic and high attention to detail
