Segoso is adding a Compliance Specialist to our Compliance team. At Sequium our mission is to provide uncompromising excellence by setting the highest standards in service and reliability. We have transformed the Receivables Management process using cutting-edge technology that digitizes the customer communication experience. To better handle our compliance, regulatory and client requirements, we are adding three new roles to the Compliance team. Ideal candidates will have Compliance experience in the financial sector and/or experience with debt collection laws along with intermediate to advance Microsoft Office knowledge, and excellent interpersonal, communication and research skills. The Compliance Specialist is responsible for tracking, reporting, and responding to regulatory and consumer complaints. The Compliance Specialist will also assist with responding to client audit requests under the supervision of the Compliance Manager. Requirements: Compliance or paralegal experience preferred. Extreme attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and analytical thinking abilities required for a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.
