What you record
Imagine five dots around your face: above your head, below your chin, to your left, to your right, and straight ahead. Point your nose at each dot in turn by moving your whole head, not just your eyes, and hold for about one second on each. Keep your full face and head in the frame the whole time. The finished video should be 10 to 15 seconds long.
