About the Opportunity
As an All-Inclusive Resort Travel Advisor, you’ll help travelers explore and compare all-inclusive vacation options in popular destinations throughout the Caribbean, Mexico, and beyond.
You’ll assist clients in identifying resorts that meet their needs, whether they’re planning a family vacation, couples’ escape, honeymoon, or special celebration.
This remote opportunity combines destination research, personalized travel planning, and client communication. Previous experience in the travel industry is welcome, but individuals with strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Research all-inclusive resorts and tropical vacation packages.
Help travelers compare accommodations, amenities, and resort experiences.
Assist clients with vacation planning based on budgets and preferences.
Coordinate resort reservations, transfers, and travel arrangements.
Explain resort policies, payment deadlines, and booking requirements.
Communicate with clients throughout the vacation planning process.
Maintain accurate reservation details and customer records.
Continue developing resort and destination knowledge through training.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn booking platforms.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Comfortable communicating by email, phone, and online platforms.
Reliable internet access and computer.
Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
Travel, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
