In this role, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinatting personnel services activities in order to provide assistance and be able to solve the different requirements of leaders and colleagues in time.A successful Human Resources Assistant will: Process and track personnel leaves (maternity, sick, lieu days, etc).Assist in maintaining Health insurance for regular staff and managers. Enrollment of new colleagues.Assist in maintaining the TWPS updated for regular staff and managers.Preparation of Contract and Contract Breaks for Casual Part Time Staff.Preparation of personnels forms.Maintain an updated control of vacations of all collaborators.Assist in follow up to medical license.Ensuring that uniforms and badges are provided to all company staff. Uniform distribution, stock taking and inventory.Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process. Screen, schedule and process new aplicants.Preparation of job letters for the Team members.Control and manage staff files and ensure the information protection.Provide information and assistance to the staff.Collaborate in the organization of events for team members.
