Job Summary: Provides support to the recruitment team with clerical duties. Schedules calls, interviews, and assists with balancing calendars. Helps with the initial applicant screening and other duties as assigned. Responsibilities: Coordinate hiring activitiesPrepare and post job ads onlineHelp with resume screening and initial phone screensSchedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidatesGreet and assist interviewees onsiteProcess background checksMaintain candidate databaseHandle records and paperworkResolve issues as fast as possible (e.g. interview cancellations)Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas)Skills Requirements: Proven experience as Recruitment Assistant or other recruiting-related roleFamiliarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruitingAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time management skillsGreat attention to detailOutstanding communication skillsProblem-solving abilityEducation Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.Physical Requirements: Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak, type and/or sit for extended periods of time.
