About the Role
Run full-cycle recruiting for skilled mechanical and critical-infrastructure professionals, including passive-candidate sourcing.

Key Responsibilities
• Recruit HVAC technicians, chiller technicians, facilities technicians and related specialists.
• Headhunt and engage passive candidates for skilled technical roles.
• Manage recruiting workflows and candidate records in an applicant-tracking system.

Qualifications
• Full-cycle recruiting experience for cooling, mechanical systems or critical-infrastructure roles.
• Demonstrated headhunting and passive-candidate sourcing skills.
• Hands-on experience with applicant-tracking systems.

Work Schedule
Full-time. The exact working schedule will be confirmed during selection.
