Entry Level Online Travel Coordinator – Remote

Overview

We are seeking an individual to join our team as a Travel Coordinator. No prior experience is necessary-just a willingness to learn! In this role, you will assist clients with planning and booking their dream trips, including flights, accommodations and activities, while providing excellent customer service.

This is an excellent opportunity to begin a career in the travel industry with potential for growth, and also allows for flexible work hours.

Responsibilities:
+ Communicate effectively with clients, spoken an written, in both English and Spanish.
+ Research and recommend travel options tailored to clients’ desires and budgets.
+ Coordinate travel logistics, including bookings, itineraries and documentation.
+ Build relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
+ Stay updated on travel trends, deals and destination information.

Qualifications:
+ Passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences
+ Strong communication and organizational skills
+ Ability to multitask
+ Basic computer skills (training provided for booking systems)
+ Bilingual is helpful
