Job Description:

We are seeking  an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Online travel Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will assist clients in planning and booking unforgettable vacations around the world. You will research destinations and itineraries, prepare detailed quotes, and coordinate all aspects of travel to ensure a smooth experience from beginning to end. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and helping travelers create lasting memories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and recommend destinations and packages based on client preferences and budgets
• Prepare quotes, present proposals, and complete travel itineraries and documents
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide timely updates
• Coordinate with resorts, cruise lines and supplier partners to confirm reservations and special requests
• Maintain accurate client records, payment details and booking confirmations
• Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction throughout the planning process

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention t odetail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency with basic computer skills (email, web browsing, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated work space
• Ability to work independently and to meet deadlines
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or travel is a plus, but not required
