About the Role:
Handle high-volume phone sales and appointment setting for a US home services business, using ServiceTitan in your daily work.
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and qualify leads.
– Set appointments and respond to customer objections.
– Use ServiceTitan for lead management, appointment scheduling and estimate follow-up.
Qualifications:
– Hands-on ServiceTitan experience.
– Proven high-volume phone sales and appointment-setting experience.
– Strong spoken and written English.
Nice-to-Haves:
– Experience with the ServiceTitan dialer.
– US home services experience, especially HVAC, plumbing or roofing.
